Terms of Service for Poznański Impuls

Cooperation with Poznański Impuls is based on simple and clear rules. We don't like unnecessary writing. We provide marketing audit services and implement CRM systems for companies in Poznań and the surrounding area. By commissioning us to work, you accept the conditions described in this document. Our main goal is to deliver concrete results, which is why we ask for reliable transfer of data necessary for the proper analysis of your campaigns or system configuration.

We treat every order individually. Before starting work, we establish the scope of activity and a quote that we stick to. We do not use hidden surcharges. If additional needs arise during an audit or implementation, we always inform you about them before carrying them out to avoid misunderstandings. We respect your time, so we expect punctuality in providing materials on your part.

All prices stated on our website are net amounts. Payments are made based on VAT invoices issued after the completion of individual service stages or in accordance with the arrangements in the contract. The payment term is usually 7 days from the date of document issuance, unless we have arranged otherwise during a meeting at our office at 17 Półwiejska St. in Poznań.

In the case of fixed packages, payment is collected in advance for the given month of cooperation. If for any reason you decide to stop cooperation, just notify us in advance. We will then settle only for work performed up to the date of contract termination. We have no contractual penalties for early termination – we believe in good relationships, not in holding clients by force.

We take care that your data is safe. All information regarding your revenue, ad costs, or client base to which we have access during CRM implementations is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share it with anyone outside. Our work relies on optimization, so we act as your business partners.

However, it must be remembered that the effects of marketing activities depend not only on our settings but also on the quality of your offer, website, and customer service. We do not guarantee profits because many external factors influence final results. We commit ourselves, however, to reliably performing our work in accordance with knowledge and best practices that we have developed over years of operation in Poznań.
